Karen has been taking photographs since childhood.  For many years she took photos simply for her own pleasure and that of her friends and family.  However, at the suggestion of one of these friends Karen began to take wedding and portrait commissions and her business has grown steadily ever since.

Having two children of her own has given her a special affinity for photographing young children and babies.  She understands that babies and children don’t stick to timetables and is happy to go with the flow, working with you and your ideas on how you would like your family photographed.  Everyone is encouraged to join in the picture making process allowing personalities to shine through.  Photo shoots can take place in your own home or a favourite location where you and your children feel relaxed.

Having been a Bride - albeit quite a while ago! - Karen understands the thought, passion and creativity that goes into the organisation of a wedding and reflects this in her approach giving a completely bespoke service.  She covers the whole event, from the Bride getting ready, the wedding vows, cutting the cake, speeches, right up to the first dance.  Karen also records the smaller details of the wedding, such as the bouquet and table settings working with and listening to the Bride and Groom ensuring that she captures all the detail, fun and quiet moments, This gives a complete picture of their special day.
